Basil Goat Cheese Pizza - Diet
Ingredients

      * 1 (1 pound) frozen bread white bread dough, thawed
      * 1 branch fresh basil, chopped
      * 1 tablespoon olive oil
      * Salt to taste
      * 3 / 4 cup tomato sauce Italian
      * 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
      * 2 sprigs of fresh basil, chopped
      * 1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper
      * 1 1 / 2 c. Tea chopped fresh rosemary

Preparation

Let dough rise in a covered bowl until doubled in bulk. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Roll the dough on a floured surface into a 15-inch circle. Roll the edges toward the center to form a crust, leaving a 12-inch circle. Brush the crust generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, 1 stalk, chopped basil and rosemary. Bake in preheated oven until the crust starts to turn golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Spread the crust with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with 2 sprigs of chopped basil and goat cheese. Bake in preheated oven until crust is brown, and pizza has been hot, about 8 minutes.

Cheese & herb omelette
what do we need?
8 eggs
2 soup spoons of fresh with low fat content of cream
olive oil of 1 soup spoon
2 let us tabelspoons grated the Parmesan
chive of 1 group
1 group cut mixed grasses, Inc. : basil, thyme, marjoram, coining, salt, pepper



how it's made?
To preheat the furnace with 325°F (160°C).
To mix eggs, the fresh one of cream, oil and the Parmesan in a large basin.
To add grasses and chive.
To pour the mixture in a lubricated dish of blank.
To make cook during 15 minutes.

To serve hot or the cold as typed.

Diet Cheese cake

Ingredients:
Crust
6 oz digestive Biscuits
3 tsp butter/margarine

Filling
28oz Cream Cheese (3,5 packs)
1 Cup Caster Sugar
4 Eggs
1tsp Almond essence
1/4 tsp lemon/lime juice




Recipe:
Crust
1-Crush the digestives until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. To food processor or to rolling pin may be used.

2-Mix the butter in well and sprinkle into to heavy greased 8/9 inch spring form pan. Pat the digestive mixture in until smooth.

Filling
1-Beat the cream cheese, essence and lemon juice at to low speed with an electric mixer until creamy.

2-Add the sugar and continuous beating for approximately 2 mins.

3-Add the eggs one at to Time, beating well between each addition.

4-Pour the filling over the digestive crust and bake in the center of the oven for 60 mins, or until the center is almost set.

Pumpkin soup - best soup i'd ever eaten

This is a delicious, low-fat recipe, rich in fibre and carotene.


Ingredients:
1 pumpkin or marrow of 1kg
skimmed milk 500ml
cream 100ml with low fat content
organic orange of 1/2
2 expense-grated nutmeg pinchings
Some cloves
1 sheet of bay-tree
A chive handle
salt and pepper


Receipt:
To preheat the furnace with 350°F (180°C).
To cut out the top in addition to pumpkin.
To cut out the flesh outside, to remove in sections seeds and to cut out.
To cut out in addition to bottom of pumpkin to leave a flat edge, but not to make in sections a hole, then not to give the top above.
Wrap in foil.
To put out of furnace and to leave with heat during 20 minutes.

While the pumpkin heats, to put the flesh cut out in a pan with water 100ml. To season, cover and make cook during 20 minutes above one at average temperature.
While it makes cook, grate the peel in addition to orange and section slightly.
To pour milk in another pan.
Season.
To add the peel, the nutmeg, the cloves and the sheet of bay-tree oranges.
to bring to boiling.
To remove heat, the cover and the leave during 10 minutes.
To tend by one to passoir or a fine sieve.

To crush the flesh and to give in the pan.
To pour milk filtered inside, to bring it to boiling, stirring up constantly.
To take pumpkin out of the furnace.
To remove foil and to pour soup inside. To add the cream, anddecorate pepper with cut chive.
To be useful very hot, with a piece of bread.
